Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and the highway, making it great for travelers. However, the room left much to be desired as it smelled stale, and the conditions were less than ideal. The breakfast options were incredibly limited, and overall, I didn’t feel safe during my stay.
Unfortunately, my stay here was quite disappointing. I had significant issues with the room, including malfunctioning amenities and an unsatisfactory environment. While the staff was friendly, it felt overshadowed by the numerous problems I encountered. I ended up leaving early instead of staying my second night, which I believe is a strong indication of how I felt about the overall experience.
My experience at the hotel was less than ideal. The location had its perks, being relatively convenient, but I felt uneasy due to the noise and crowd around the area. The room was not clean, and I found it uncomfortable. There were a few decent aspects, like the affordability, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was truly excellent, making it easy to get around, the rooms and overall condition were quite disappointing. The cleanliness was not up to par, and the dining options were very limited. If you're looking for value, this might not be the best choice.
The hotel is a budget-friendly option with a decent location near downtown Grand Rapids and various eateries. While the rooms leave much to be desired with old decor and lingering cigarette smoke, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The noise from other guests made sleep a challenge, but the free Wi-Fi was a helpful feature. Overall, it's a decent place for a night’s stay but might not be ideal for those seeking a more comfortable experience.
